Online-survey

Romir was one of the first research companies in Russia, and launched Internet surveys in 1999.

Method advantages:

Methodology: sample for online interview may be developed from online panel, client database, or by random selection of website visitors.

Romir conducts two types of online research:
• Full cycle research, including questionnaire development, fieldwork, data analysis and report;
• Questionnaire programming, fieldwork, online access to data and basic reports, primary data processing. 

Virtual focus groups and in-depth interviews
Online focus groups and in-depth interviews are a very efficient way of qualitative studies of such target audiences, as Internet users, a website audience, computer buyers and Internet corporate Internet-users.

Method advantages:
Online focus groups are a money saving alternative to usual focus groups. In contrast to usual focus groups, a Client may be provided with detailed scripts immediately after focus group. A detailed report may be delivered within a week period. All these advantages make online focus groups an ideal research tool, when our Clients need to get a quick solution or to poll specific groups of respondents.

Methodology: Online focus groups are conducted in specialized chat rooms (chat groups) or at specialized forums (forum groups). 8-10 persons participate in the discussion for 1-2 hours. Focus groups may last for 2-3 days.

Specialized software enables focus groups participants to evaluate and test text, graphic, video and audio materials.

During group discussion our Clients are provided with online connection to moderator or co-moderator. Respondents may participate in online focus groups only if eligible to research criteria and invited by Romir, Respondents may be recruited from Romir online panel , websites or be users of Client services. Depending on research goals and target audience, other recruitment options may be used as well.
